Back from a successful 4th European summer tour in some of their favourite areas through Holland, Ireland, UK, and Germany, electric violinist, Sophie Kinstons’ Tailor Birds are back in Australia, and now headed for a run of select shows through VIC, NSW, SA, and possibly further afield.
Thrilled to be returning to South Australia for the 2nd time this year, and this time to festival Alma’s Hem on the Sat 12th Nov, just south of Adelaide, and the Market Shed on Holland Street on the Sun 13th Nov, this local market is the perfect place to come have a coffee and listen to the Tailor Birds on a beautiful Sunday early afternoon in local Adelaide town.
Tailor Birds’ combination of live looping, foley art, strings, guitars, drums, electronics, vocals and more, is music that soothes the soul and warms the spirit.
August 2016 marks the release of the 2nd album, ‘Wide Awake I See The Storm’, so come down to the Market Shed, a show in support of the launch of the new Tailor Birds album, ‘Wide Awake I See The Storm’, you can pick up a copy of the new album.
With music regularly coming through The Market Shed on Holland Street, Tailor Birds play the Sunday afternoon, 1 – 3pm.
